At Charlie's Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
